Children & Youth Ministries Weekly Update

Holy Week

Expect the end of the world. Laugh.

Laughter is immeasurable. Be joyful

though you have considered all the facts…

Practice resurrection.

Wendell Berry

“Manifesto: The Mad Farmer Liberation Front”

Join us as we “consider all the facts” this Holy Week.

Maundy Thursday at 7pm, a worship service with Communion and reflection.

Good Friday 5-8, a prayer vigil in the Sanctuary. This is a self-lead prayer walk through the last words of Christ.

*Nursery care available Friday evening.

And on Easter, we will remember joy and we will practice resurrection, together.

7:30am - Traditional

9:00am - Traditional

10:30am – Contemporary

*Reminder, nursery care is available at all three services. There is no Sunday School on Easter Sunday.

“If Lent was a time for making space, for weeding and tilling the soil of your heart- then Easter is at time for planting seeds, watering them,

and watching for what God will cultivate in you. Be intentional about what you plant this season.

Here are some options:

  • Invite friends and family for a meal.
  • Keep fresh flowers around your home as a reminder of new life.
  • Prepare special meals or decadent desserts.
  • Plant a garden.
  • Have a bonfire night or light LOTS of candles.
  • Enjoy spring weather and play together as a family.”
