From the arts and sciences to politics and social justice, individuals of AANHPI descent who laid a strong foundation, enabling future generations to thrive amidst change and adversity. This year's theme, "A Legacy of Leadership & Resilience," pays tribute to those influential AANHPI leaders using bamboo as a symbol of their strength and resilience "for its ability to withstand the harshest conditions...and stand tall after the storm passes."
