It's been a weird week as I've been feeling a bit "off" adjusting after being down for the count last weekend - a good exercise in patience and acceptance, and a respectful awe in how our body heals and moves through whatever it needs to move through.

This kind of observation and being present with any given moment or circumstance and the accompanying feelings is something I've been practicing even more than usual, moving through these transformative times staying aligned with my core and listening to how the Universe might have me evolve now.

It's been an interesting process that requires a lot of detachment, zero judgment, and a deep trust that all is unfolding as it should no matter what things look like on the outside or how much my ego wants to control or make up stories about what I may or may not be doing "right."

Instead I'm letting my heart and gut lead, and being as loving toward myself as possible, knowing that I am enough just as I am, doing exactly what I am doing, and will take whatever action I need to when it organically arises. This is a challenging feat when the world, or conventional wisdom, is telling you otherwise!

Whether you choose to celebrate Father's Day or Juneteenth on Sunday, or the Summer Solstice on Tuesday, know you have roots with and are affected by them all. Today's PGG reflects some relevant themes, including our capacity to govern ourselves with self-love and be the authority of our own lives.

Speaking of which, one tool to help you do that is my new book Say It To Make It: Affirmations to Empower the Heart, Mind, Spirit and Soul! By creating space with yourself on a daily basis, you can remind yourself of the unique, empowered, lovable being that you are. Check out some reviews and purchase on Amazon here and if you do, please consider writing a review and/or posting anything about it on social media with the hashtag #sayittomakeit. Today's PGG Video of the Week is about knowing who you are. This week's Instagram post is Billy Porter talking about how none of us are free until we're all free. And for today's PGG Vibe of the Week, is Van Morrison's Listen to the Lion.

Lastly, THANK YOU for being here and for being part of my community! If any of my essays, coaching, talks, videos or posts have helped you along your career/life journey, here are a few ways you can show your appreciation and support my work:
