RSC Sanction Forms
RSC is greatly focused on meeting the guidelines set out by Sport Canada to achieve the status required for continued participation with IJRU heading in to future years.

Not only is the Sanction Forms used to obtain the proper certification and acknowledgement for RSC sanctioned events, but it also helps to track what the provinces, clubs, and members are doing to promote the sport to show that we are consistently working toward growth.

** Please use the Sanction Form for ALL events
your club is attending or performing at. **

Please note - If the Sanction Form is not used and an injury occurs, it is highly likely coverage may be denied.

For questions regarding any RSC issues please contact the RSA Provincial Rep - Jana Hamilton at alberta@ropeskippingcanada.com
2019/20 Coaching Requirements
Rope Skipping Canada has updated its Club Coaching Requirements for the 2019/20 season effective September 1, 2019.

All coaches, in any capacity, with their clubs MUST meet the criteria. Coaches who do not meet the requirements will not be permitted to coach at sanctioned events including club practices. Teams with no RSC certified / registered coach will not receive member status with RSC.

Please make you read the requirements to ensure your clubs are in compliance.

Free GoodLife Membership for Teens this Summer!
Get active, make friends, and have fun at GoodLife for free!

According to Statistics Canada, the majority of children and youth in Canada do not meet the daily physical activity recommendations, but if you’re 12 to 17 years of age, you can register to be part of the GoodLife Teen Fitness program and help beat that statistic.

The program runs from  July 2nd  to  September 2.

Financial Assistance for Participants in Organized Sports

KidSport provides support to children in order to remove financial barriers that prevent them from playing organized sport.

They believe that no kid should be left on the sidelines and all should be given the opportunity to experience the positive benefits of organized sports.

Jumpstart is more than just about getting kids active. It’s about giving kids from families in financial need the same chance to participate.

Whether it’s the chance to try a new sport or to continue with a favourite one, no kid should be left out.

Upcoming Events
  • August 5 & 6: RSA Casino (Edmonton)
