The holidays have arrived and we all love to include our loved ones in our holiday festivities. If you are considering taking your loved one out for the holidays, and they currently transfer with the assistance of 1 person, we ask that you contact the Therapy Department, 716-639-3311 ext. 2122, to arrange for training prior to taking your loved one out of the facility. This will allow the therapy staff to schedule an appointment with you and your loved one to go through any mobility training that would be needed and assist in providing the safest and most stress free outing possible. Gift Giving
The season of giving is upon us. We know that you appreciate the hard work of all of our staff members. Thank you to our many family members who have shared notes of thanks or other items with our employees. Items such as thank you notes or food for teams and departments is always appreciated. Please remember that employees are unable to accept individual cash tips or gifts.
