Dear Rosa Coplon Living Center Residents, Family Members and Responsible Parties,

Last week we shared new visitation guidance that was released from the Department of Health (DOH). We have reopened restricted visitation on Sep. 23 and we look forward to seeing you all on campus. As of today, we have no new positive COVID cases on campus.

Visitation Guidance Reminders

  • Visitors are required to present a verified negative COVID-19 test result within the last seven days. They must also undergo temperature checks, wear face coverings, and remain socially distant during the visit.
  • End-of-life and compassionate care visits are not subject to a verified negative test result, but are subject to all other COVID-19 screening requirements.
  • Only two visitors are allowed per resident at any one time.
  • Visitors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult 18 years of age or older.

To schedule your visit, please complete our online pre-appointment questionnaire required by the DOH each time you would like to visit. Please note that this questionnaire link is unique for Rosa Coplon visitation only. Once you submit the questionnaire, a staff member will call you to schedule your visit. Visiting hours by appointment are Monday - Friday, 9:30 -11:00 am and 1:30 - 3:00 pm. The visiting area is cleaned between visits and we thank you for following visitor protocols.

If you are having challenges logging in, and/or filling out this questionnaire, please give us a call and we can complete the form for you. You can contact Julie Smith at 716-639-3311 ext. 2128 for assistance.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to accommodate your visitation requests. We understand how important it is to be connected with your loved ones.

Please remember that you can also still schedule window visits and Skype calls by contacting Julie Smith at [email protected].
We will continue following our infection prevention measures to ensure everyone’s health and safety on campus as we do our part to fight the virus.
Thanks again for your support. If you have questions, please don't hesitate to contact me.
