The City of Rosenberg is excited to announce the launch of MGO Connect – My Government Online’s (MGO) customer portal platform. This all-new digital platform was developed in response to valuable feedback from contractors and residents, offering a more user-friendly, efficient and streamlined experience for permitting, inspections, contractor registrations and contractor registration renewals.
In addition to the web-based version, MGO Connect includes a mobile app available for download on both Apple and Android devices. Simply search "MGO Connect" in the App Store or Google Play to install the app and take city services on the go. Search for “City of Rosenberg” to find us!
Key features include:
- A simplified online application process that’s easier to navigate
- A new informational landing page where the City can post important updates
- A condensed “Projects” list that displays pending applications and in-progress permits in one place
- Interactive maps and graphics for better project tracking
- Ability to schedule inspections
- Ability to pay permit fees
More features are soon on the way, including the ability to report and track Code Compliance violations directly through the platform, submit plats for approval, and to report 311 service requests to the City.
The launch of MGO Connect supports Rosenberg’s Strategic Plan by investing in modern technology, enhancing service delivery, and meeting the evolving needs of a growing community.
