The Project Management Class is for you!

Project Management is the process of achieving project objectives through a set of activities that start and end at certain points in time and produce measurable deliverables. The Project Management Training course is a five (5) month intensive program with in-person meetings as well as self-guided course work. Selected participants are expected to meet each month for sessions that last approximately 3 hours, and to complete all assigned coursework.

We will use the standard operating guidelines (SOG) established for the City of Roswell. By the end of this program, participants will be able to use the guidelines to complete their own (real or example) project using the SOG.

The City of Roswell IT Department has recently completed a project that grants add and delete permissions to email distribution list owners. If you think you should be on an email distribution list or would like your name removed from a distribution list there is no need to contact the IT department. You can now ask the Distribution List owner. To find owner information:

Step 1: Open a blank email verify the Messages tab is active, tap the Address Book link then select all distribution lists in the Address Book drop down list.

Step 2: Right click the address you want and select properties.

Step 3: The list owner can be found on the right side of the list properties box.

NOTE: This change applies to Distribution Lists only and not to Shared Mailboxes.
