Stephanie has been playing the stand up bass in orchestra for 7 years.

Jazz and anything Motzart

Favorite composer:
Beethoven

FINALE and Corelli

What do you like about RHS Orchestra and Why?
Playing music with your friends and making memories that will last forever

What has been your most memorable  experience as a part of the RHS Orchestra?
Joining the Chamber Orchestra where you play very fun and challenging pieces

What do you know about music that you wish you knew when you were younger?
Music should have more pay professionally

What advice do you want to give to younger players - either middle school or HS?
The more you practice, the better you get

What do you with you could do better musically than you do now?
Scales

What is your favorite motto or quote?
Give me 6 hours to chop down a tree and I'll spend the first 4 sharpening the axe

If you could start your music career over again, what would you change, if anything?
Practice more

Where do you want to go to college and will you continue to study music?
KSU, UGA, UNG, UW (one of those) and no, I will be studying mechanical engineering

Join the Georgia Philharmonic as five outstanding young artists perform in the tenth annual Samuel Fordis Young Artists' Concerto Competition Showcase Concert. 

Saturday, February 15, 2020, 7:00 PM at Lassiter Concert  Hall.

March 26th @ 6pm - Spring Chamber Music Concert @ Milton HS
This concert will be similar to the one we did in the media center at RHS.  If you performed in solo or ensemble, please plan to sign up for this event.  See Ms. White-Farnell for more information.  She will have a sign up sheet in the office.


NAfme - All National Honors Orchestra
This is an incredible process from beginning to end and will take place November, 2020 in Florida.  Please use  this link to learn more about the audition process and the top conductors leading the work.
