Wishing you an expansive 2025 and beyond!
Well actually, I'd settle for a peaceful, healthy New Year, though a little whimsy would be nice, too.
As you can see, our little ones are growing in leaps and bounds! Parker (14 months) is simply the happiest baby in the universe, and Keira (almost 8) and Fallon (4½) continue to flourish and delight us. They’re all nearby and I’m sooo grateful we get to see them regularly, which means we also get to see their parents, too!
I’m starting 2025 off with a bang – literally… I’m having knee replacement surgery on January 6th, with the opposite hip to follow 3-4 months later. After a minor freak-out a few weeks ago, I’ve now compiled a pretty impressive collection of books, meditations, and healing affirmations on preparing for and recovering from surgery. It’s so cool that there are now so many mind/body wellness resources out there! I’m happy to pass them along if you know anyone who’s got surgery in their future.
I also want to let you know about a powerful event that’s coming up on January 8-12 with the Wellness Universe who hosts my New Moon SisterCircles, and where I blog regularly. They’re celebrating their 10th anniversary by hosting Wellnesspalooza 2025, a dynamic 5-day virtual experience packed with over 40 transformative sessions for your holistic wellness! I didn’t want to offer a session myself since I’m not sure what kind of shape I’ll be in after surgery, but I’ll be co-hosting a “Fireside Chat” on the last day on “Understanding the Moon Cycles” with the fabulous Transpersonal Astrologer, Carol Pilkington.
You can register HERE for the whole event and use this code to get a 15% discount: DebR15 Or, if you just want to drop in on my Fireside Chat, register HERE and use this code for a 30% discount: WPDebR30 Let me know if you can make it!
I hope that you've been spending the waning days of 2024 in the ways that nurture you most… energetically, peacefully, surrounded by friends and family, quietly reflective, or whatever the perfect combination is for you.
And now, as we all gear up for another New Year in our unique and individual ways, I wanted to offer my own gifts of gratitude for your presence in my life and work – these are a few of my favorites from past years and some new ones... please enjoy any or all of them!
