Join the Grounds Committee!

Do you enjoy landscaping, community beautification, parks, ponds, trails, or helping shape the future of our neighborhood? The Grounds Committee is looking for a few new volunteers to join our team!

We're especially seeking someone interested in serving as our Pond Committee Chair, helping oversee pond maintenance and serving as the primary liaison with our management team and vendors. No prior experience is required—we'll help you get up to speed.

Whether you can volunteer a little or a lot, we'd love to have you. It's a great opportunity to meet neighbors, make a lasting impact on our community, and help guide future improvement projects.

 TBOV Farmers Market at RounTrey

Join us for our inaugural TBOV Farmers Market on Friday, July 31, from 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM at the clubhouse. We are excited to welcome more than 60 local vendors, along with food trucks, live entertainment, a mobile bar, and activities for the entire family. We hope everyone will come out and support this exciting new community event!

Parking Lot Closure Notice

Please be advised that both clubhouse parking lots will close beginning Thursday, July 30, at 8:00 PM, immediately after the pool closes. The lots will remain closed through the event and will reopen on Saturday, August 1. This closure is necessary to allow for vendor setup and to ensure a safe event environment.

 Resident Parking Information

Due to the anticipated attendance, the farmers market is expected to generate increased traffic. Designated resident and visitor street parking areas will be available, and additional parking information will be communicated to residents prior to the event.

Additionally, the pool will remain open during its regularly scheduled operating hours. Residents who wish to use the pool while the Farmers Market is taking place should plan to utilize the off-site parking, as the clubhouse parking lots will be reserved for the event.



A designated bicycle parking area will also be available for children and families. We ask that all bicycles be parked neatly and secured with a lock. 

Please note that bicycles are brought to and left at this public event are at the owner’s risk, and TBOV Farmers Market, the RounTrey HOA, and event organizers are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged bicycles.

Social Events

Join your neighbors for family movie night as we watch Zootopia 2. River City Wood Fire Pizza & Kona Ice will be selling delicious food and treats from 7-9. Please remember to clean up afterwards.

We've seen a decrease in food truck support recently - please help us make it worth their time to come to our neighborhood by grabbing dinner from the trucks when you can.
