Street Parking Error

In the April 25th newsletter there was some misinformation provided to the community and we apologize for the confusion. Article 10, section 7 of your neighborhood covenants and restrictions applies to parking on your lot, stating you can only park in your driveway and garage, not in your side yard, front yard, etc. The streets in RounTrey are state-maintained, meaning they are regulated by Chesterfield County and maintained by VDOT (re: pothole repair, snow clearing, etc.). Chesterfield County has rules for parking; if you feel a vehicle is causing a traffic hazard or safety issue, please contact the Chesterfield County Non-Emergency Number at 804-748-1251 and they will investigate it.
If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to our Community Manager, Bekki Rice either by email at or by phone at 804-282-7451
