đź«– Mother’s Day Tea Party đź«– 
🌺 Order by Wednesday! 🌺 

The social committee is working with The Jefferson Hotel to offer their “Weekend Afternoon Tea Boxes” for Mother’s Day weekend! For those familiar with The Jefferson, these are take-home boxes of the usual afternoon tea service. You can place the order by phone or online, and then we will pick up the neighborhood’s orders and have them available at the clubhouse on Saturday, May 8 (time TBD).

If you are interested in placing an order, please follow the directions below:
* Place an order by phone by calling Melissa Warner at 804-649-4618, or online at www.lemairerestaurant.com/athome-order, using the Order Request Form and selecting Tea@Home. Please refer to “RounTrey” when placing your order, so they can organize it with our neighborhood pickup.

All orders much be placed by
Wednesday, May 5, at 5:00 pm.

Swim Team Registration

Registration for the WaveRiders (RounTrey’s swim team) has officially opened! If your kiddo (ages 5+) wants to hang out with friends this summer and learn how to do all four strokes while having an amazing time (kids do NOT need to know how to do the strokes to join), please consider signing up! We will also have a Meet & Greet with the coaches on May 16th from 3-6pm at the RounTrey Clubhouse where you can ask questions, register in person and let your little swimmers meet our amazing coaches.

In addition to the Meet & Greet on May 16th, the following events will take place at the clubhouse:

5/16 Meet & Greet with coaches and in-person registration, 3:00-6:00 PM
5/24 Team suit fitting, 4:00-7:00 PM
5/25 First practice (in the afternoon, practice group details and times will be posted)
6/12 Intrasquad mock meet @ RounTrey Pool & picture day, 8:00 AM
6/21 School's out! Morning practices begin (practice group details and times will be posted)
