Clubhouse Gym Closure
As a reminder, due to the forecasted snow/ice, the clubhouse gym will be closed until further notice to assure safety. Another update will be sent out to announce reopening. Thank you for your understanding.
Trash & Recycling Schedule for January 7th
GFL has informed us that there will be a minimum of a 1 day trash and recycling pick up delay. No pick up will occur on Monday, January 6th, therefore our pick up on Tuesday will be delayed. Road conditions on Tuesday will determine when services will resume.
Committee Meetings
Our Clubhouse Committee is meeting first Thursdays bi-monthly. The first quarter meeting is this Thursday, January 9th at 7:30pm. For those that would like to attend, the meeting will be at the RounTrey Clubhouse.
Western Chesterfield 230 kV Electric Transmission Improvement Project Update
Please see below regarding information from Dominion Energy regarding the Electric Transmission Improvement Project. They have made several updates to GeoVoice, their interactive mapping tool located on their website.
At Dominion Energy, we would like to provide important updates to the Western Chesterfield 230 kV Electric Transmission Improvement Project.
- A project overview video and routing overview video have been added to the page. You can locate these short videos in the upper right hand portion of GeoVoice.
- The recently announced Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) Powhite Parkway Extension Alignment 1B has been added as an overlay to the map.
- A new route (the Powhite Parkway Route Variation) has been added as a potential route under consideration and follows the Powhite Parkway Extension Alignment 1B as much as possible.
- Route 1 has been removed from consideration.
- Mount Hermon Routes 1 and 3 have been removed from consideration.
Dominion Energy will explain these route changes and provide an update to our underground study at our next community meeting, Thursday, Jan. 9, 2025, at Woolridge Elementary School 6-8 p.m. More information about the meeting will be shared in the coming weeks.
