Clubhouse and Fitness Center Update
Note from the Clubhouse Committee
We appreciate the continued engagement from residents regarding the condition of the gym and fitness facility, and we want to provide transparency on where things stand.
We are aware of the ongoing issue with the gym entry keypad and understand the frustration it has caused. Unfortunately, the current locking system is beyond repair. In response, the Clubhouse Committee, in partnership with the Finance Committee, is actively soliciting replacement quotes for updated keypads and locks. This process has taken longer than anticipated, as we want to ensure we choose a secure and cost-effective solution that aligns with our community’s long-term needs. We will include updates in the upcoming newsletters and continue to push vendors for timely responses.
Additionally, some residents have raised concerns about the routine maintenance and upkeep of gym equipment. These concerns are not being taken lightly. We are in the process of reviewing historical maintenance requests and budget constraints to assess where adjustments may be necessary moving forward.
