Rowland Water offers new Patch Program
for local Scouts
The District is continuing the committment to education by offering a innovative Water Conservation Patch for local Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts.

The patch program will teach the local Scouts about the importance of their water supply, where it comes from and how to conserve the natural resource. With this program, RWD intends for the Scouts to take care of our precious resource and learn how to make conservation a "way of life".
