You might know KLINGER as the world’s leading manufacturer and provider of industrial sealing and fluid control products, but did you know that KLINGER Thermoseal in Sidney, Ohio is now your manufacturing source for extruded rubber seals?

Rubber extrusions are used in various industries and applications including weather stripping, windows and doors, enclosures, edging, rubber channels and tubing. These seals are flexible and durable and can protect from weather, drown out noise and eliminate vibration.

Based on your specific application and need, KLINGER Thermoseal manufactures a wide variety of custom rubber profiles in closed cell sponge or dense, solid rubber.

Our rubber extrusions are manufactured with top quality organic elastomers including:

EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer), Neoprene (polychloroprene) and Nitrile NBR (nitrile butadiene rubber)

CONTINUOUS CURE MANUFACTURING PROCESS:

Because our extrusions are manufactured in a continuous cure process, we can provide custom lengths that can be coiled as bulk, spooled on reels or cut to your specified length.

Additional capabilities also include lamination and splicing.
Lamination: Used to bond to a variety of surfaces. Acrylic or rubber-based pressure sensitive adhesive can be added to your profile.
Splicing: Used as a cost-effective way to produce an endless gasket to your specification. Adhesive or hot vulcanization is used.
