Sometimes Ruby's Pantry will send us limited items such as 5-gallon buckets of pickles or eggs. These are given out on a first-come, first-served basis by 'person' not by share. So if you want those items, then coming first is helpful

HOWEVER, sometimes we order more shares than attendees. We typically calculate shares to attendees around 5:15 pm. If it appears we will have extra, then additional items are given to those who show up later. If you are pre-registered there is no need to arrive early.

PLEASE NOTE: We start the distribution at 4:30 pm. We need time to set up and as such, the doors will open at 4 pm. We really hate to see people standing outside in the cold so please, wait in your car until our doors open. Thank you!

Bring your own cart and move to the front of the line!

If you attended last month, you would have noticed that we only had half the gym available. This meant just ONE line through the food selection.

This month, we will have the entire gym available so our setup will be similar to the way we distribute in the parking lot, in that we will have two lanes. One lane will be for people who bring their own carts/wagons, and another for those using our carts. Rather than moving 30 people through the line, we can move 60 people at a time (assuming at least 30 people bring their own carts) at the start of the distribution.
