Hello Wayne,
This weekend is the first round of Fall 7s. Here Is information, including facility rules, related to the North and Central Indiana locations.
We know the days can be long, and hot, but the players are having fun. Please keep in mind that everyone wants to have a good day, players, athletic trainers, coaches, and referees. Support all of those individuals in positive ways, including when cheering. There is a zero Tollerance Policy around referee abuse.

ATHLETIC TRAINERS
The Athletic Trainer’s primary responsibility is to the players, referees, and coaches involved in the current active match. This includes the care and treatment of those individuals injured in matches that have previously taken place that day. Additionally, they may respond to any medial emergency in their general area of the field(s) and facility.
Pre-Match Taping Players
Athletic Trainers are not required to provide pre-match taping of players. If the Athletic Trainer, as a courtesy, is willing to tape players before their matches, players are to understand and adhere to the following:
- Players must ask if the Athletic Trainer will tape them, and ask when it would be convenient for them to be taped.
- Players must provide their own taping supplies.
- Players must understand the priorities of the Athletic Trainer come before Pre-Match Taping.
Ice / Tape
Medical Staff only provides tape and/or ice for players who are evaluated and treated.

We will not tolerate those acting outside of these expectations… they will be asked to leave or the games canceled. We sincerely appreciate your cooperation & look forward to another successful event.

Parking: You may use either parking lot. Our font main lot off of CR 6 has ample parking and you can walk thru the gate. Our back gate entry off of CR 5 behind the pavilion fills quickly. See facility map.

Gate Fees: NO gate fees
Facility Rules
- No Dogs, no pets, no exceptions. Games will be stopped if dogs are in the facility.
- Concessions will be open so no outside food or drink other than team recovery items please.
- Please use the restrooms under the pavilion and port o Johns by the warm up areas.
- If you are using a tree or something other than the restroom, you will be asked to leave- we will not tolerate this behavior
- Please warm up in the marked areas only- we do not use game fields for warm up. You will see warm up areas marked with red/white signs
- Team camps may be made anywhere where there is a trash can near the warm up areas. Please do not move the camp areas – we have placed them so you can put a tent in this location if you wish wo hitting irrigation lines.
- No tents may be used on the field sideline for teams or fans due to irrigation and past tents literally blowing onto game fields.
- Please use your trash cans, and tidy up after yourself.
- Running water is located under the pavilion to fill your team needs.

Parking: Parking is only allowed in designated areas (see map). NO Parking on Shamrock Blvd.

Gate Fees: $5 gate fees per person 13 and older.

Facility Rules
- We will be at the Football and Soccer Fields.
- Team Entrance: Football Stadium South Entrance, Teams may unload here only, vehicles must promptly park after unloading.
- Fans Entrance is the Football Stadium North Entrance. If disabled parking is full, fans may drop off at the North Entrance.
- Restrooms - there are public restrooms at the football stadium on both sides of the field.
- Matches will be played on Both the Football and Soccer fields
- Warm Up Area and Team Camps - South of the Football field. Each club has an assigned area in the Camps.
- Running Track in Football Stadium - NO CLEATS, Use the designated areas with tarps coving the track. Cleats on the track may result in your removal from the facility.
- Concessions - the Concession in the North East Cornerby the spectator entrance will be open. Breakfast tiems available in the AM, and lunch items for the afternoon. Cash and Cards accepted. Water by the bottle is available for purhcase also.
- ICE - teams need to bring their own ice. Ice not avaiable for sale.
- Team Hydration - home side of the football fields has an area for teams to fill water bottles.
- Clean Up: please put your trash in the bins that are provided at your team camp. Teams must check out with host staff before leaving the camp areas,. Failure to clean your camp area will result in a complaint being filed with Rugby Indiana and/or your not being allowed to have a camp at future events here. Also, please help keep all the facility grounds clean by using the trash bins.
