Week 1 Information

Important Information for Fall 7s Week 1, 18 Sept 2022.

Location: Monon Trail Elementary School, 19400 Tomlinson Rd, Wesfield, IN 46074
There is construction on 191st Street. There is a map below to help you plan your route.
Gate Fee: $5 per car (Cash only)
Gates Open: 10:00a (No entry prior)
Parking: Please park in designated (Red) areas only. See the image below.
Matches: played on 2 pitches simultaneously staring at Noon and ending approx 6:00p
Concessions: Limited concessions will be avilable, cash only (no atm on site)
Pets: must be leashed.
Chairs: Bring chairs, there is no bleacher seating
There is no access to the school buildings
Port-a-potties will be near the pitches

Weather: Sunday's high is expected to be around 81, with mostly sunny skies. Westfield Weather Forecast

Medical Staff: Trainers are on site to to assist if there are any medical injuries or emergencies. Any player wishing to be "Taped" before playing MUST provide their own taping supplies. Medical staff will only provide tape and/or ice for injured players who they evaluate and treat.

Team Camp Set Up: Teams may use the "Yellow" zone for unloading their camp items BEFORE 11:00a. At 11:00a and after, items will need to be carried in from the parking areas.

Team (Players) Food and Hydratation: Teams should be sure to bring enough food and water for their players. Limited cases of water will be avilable for purchase. No ice will be available for purchase on site.

Restricted Access Areas: Please stay out of areas that are restricted to players, coaches, referees, event staff, medical teams, etc. These areas will be clearly marked. Also, at no time should parents/spectators be on the pitches.

Parking

Purple: Parking Gate Stations ($5 per car, cash only)
Blue Area: Rugby Pitches (There are two brand new port-a-potties located directly at the fields.)
Yellow Area: Handicapped, official, and trainer parking (This area may be used as an unloading zone prior to 11 am. The area must be kept primarily clear as a pathway to the pitches in case emergency vehicles are needed.)
Red Area: Coach, Player, and Fan parking. (In the “grassy” red square, there is a brand new administration building with a large parking lot.)

Construction on 191st Street

Headed to Monon Trail Elementary from US-31 headed west on 191st Street:you will find construction on 191st Street. In order to get to the school, you must detour by way of Westmore Lane and Chatham Commons Blvd. (see map).

Leaving Monon Trail Elementary 191st Street is completely closed heading east. Continue south on Tomlinson Road you will pass Grand Park and reach SR-32. A SR-32, turn left and you will see the interchange for US-31.
