Pir Issa Chishti is the son and successor of the late Pir Dr. Ibrahim Baba Chishti (Prof. Ibrahim Farajaje) in the Ajmeri Chishti Sufi lineage. The Chishti path which he represents is grounded in the teachings and life of Hazrati Moinuddin Chishti, Khawaja Gharib Nawaz, the Friend of the Poor and marginalized, who taught a message of radical inclusivity and openness of heart to all manifestations of the Divine.

Having just spent precious time with Pir Issa Baba in Turkey, feeling the sweetness of his being and the radiance of his scholarship, I am so happy to share him with our community.
