Greetings.

The Colorado Tartan Day Council welcomes your participation in the 2025 Colorado Tartan Day Festival. We thank you for joining us and we look forward to a fun-filled weekend celebrating the Tartan.

As in previous years we will be setting the field in the circle like the ancient games and festivals. This year to be environmentally friendly we are sending you most of the final information attached to this email. Please share accordingly with your assistants, visiting family and friends as you deem appropriate.

As with any festival, especially in Colorado, last-minute changes out of our control may occur and we thank you for your patience and understanding.

These are guidelines we must ALL follow for the festival. Please help us keep our festival by following these guidelines.

If you need help, please contact any council member at the Pub and/or Colorado Tartan Day tent.

2025 Field Map with a Legends

The Field Layout Map and legends will be emailed to you approximately Wednesday, April 9, 2025.

You have a location within the circle and a legend (in two types of formats) to assist you to find your space. Each section will have a council member to assist you find your space and answer questions. These will also be posted on the website for everyone to access.

In the spirit of ancient gatherings, you may find your neighbor(s) could be Clan(s), a Merchandize Vendor, or a Society/Organization. This helped develop a feeling of community and we hope this is the same for this festival.

2025 Participant List

A Participant List will also be sent on approximately Wednesday, April 9, 2025.

We will also post this on the website for everyone to access. It will include a list of all participants and sponsors recognition, which we could not be successful without these.
