Running 101 & 101.5 Details!

Program Starts Feb. 9th 8am
The Running 101 run/walk group is for the individual who wants to train from the couch to 5k. Prior to starting this program the individual should be able to walk for a brisk 30 minutes. Up and Running will provide coach led workouts, training schedules, technical product, weekly updates, and much more.

The Running 101.5 run/walk group is for the individual who has previously completed Running 101 or completed a 5K and is ready to jump up to a 10K! Running 101.5-includes weekly coaching, training shirt and race registration entry.

Beginner Triathlon Training Program Details!

Join Up and Running for our annual Beginner Triathlon Program!
Graduation Race: May 12th at the Springboro YMCA, 7:30am start time. Race details: Indoor 300 yard serpentine pool swim, 10 mile outdoor bike ride, 5K outdoor run.

Training Highlights:

Swim: Sunday afternoons 4-4:45 pm at the Coffman YMCA with Jeni Noga, United States Masters Swimming Level 2 Certified Coach.

Bike: Monday nights 6pm- indoor spinning at UAR Dayton with Heidi Riffle, Team Dayton Cycling Squad Leader. Outdoor cycling on Monday nights begins when weather permits.

Run: UAR Dayton Tuesday 6pm & Saturday 7:30am.

We are every woman, from every walk or run of life, gathering together for one day to celebrate who we are and what we do. Women. Whether you are a mother or not, we celebrate together on Mother's Day with a 5k road race and a one-mile kid's fun run. Join us Sunday, May 12th, 2019. All participants will receive a women's fit tech tee, eco-friendly tote bag, and finisher's medal.

Learn to run faster, easier, and injury free! This one hour class will teach you how to implement proper position, posture and cadence into your daily runs. Class limited to 25 people. Register at Up and Running (937)432-9210, registration is free!
