Run for Good.

We're especially grateful to all of you and to our major sponsors for making this possible:

Click here to see the December 11th open letter to the regional community from TMC, Banner Health, and other local health experts.

TMC is open for all in-person medical needs, and TMC is also offering virtual wellness offerings through The Core and is offering 24/7 care from home with the TMC Now app.

The TMC Now app lets you communicate with Arizona licensed physicians via phone, video, or mobile app. It's free to download the app, with a nominal fee for virtual visits.

You can also follow TMC's Twitter feed to receive TMC updates here or view the TMC website here. For questions regarding COVID-19, reach out to the TMC Hotline at 520-626-6016 or 844-542-8201.

Remember: Please follow basic recommendations of our public health experts:

1) Stay home as much as possible.

2) If you go out for work, shopping, or other reasons, wear a face covering, keep your distance, and wash your hands.

3) When running, wear a buff or other face covering to cover your nose and mouth when near others.
