Run Wild Missoula Executive Director:
|
Sorry that we're late in getting out this month's newsletter; but, we've been busy here at Run Wild Missoula. With planning winter & spring races; developing programs for marathon & trail classes; creating new educational opportunities; and, finding new member benefit rewards, we've had our hands full.
That being said, there's some great things coming up at Run Wild Missoula in the next few weeks, including:
- Come and help us celebrate with Tim Mosbacher as we recognize the completion of his 50 State Marathon journey (see below)
- Our Missoula Marathon & Half Marathon Training Classes are all getting ready to kick off (more information below)
- Want to get a head start on your trail running season? Check out our Trail Runner's Injury Reduction presentation on February 25th
- We're happy to be a film sponsor of The Big Sky Documentary Film Festival. We'll be sponsoring the screening of the Closing Night Film on Sunday, February 23rd at The Wilma. The film is titled "Runner" and will play at 6:00 PM. More information can be found HERE.
On top of all that, we're thrilled to announce that we'll be recognizing the legacy and memory of Bob Hayes at the Pengelly Double Dip and
Bob Hayes Single Dip
. Just like Bob's philosophy of life, you can do a 10K the easy way; or, take part in the Single Dip and do a 10K the Hard Way. Check out more about the runs by clicking
HERE
.
Look for me enjoying being a part of Run Wild Missoula out on the roads, tracks and trails.
