About Amanda Kuczmiec | Body Mechanics:
Amanda graduated from Northeastern University in 2019 with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy and a concentration in Sports Strength and Conditioning. During her time at school, she had the opportunity to work in a variety of physical therapy settings including orthopedics, neurology, acute care, and sports medicine. She strives to find the "why" behind each patient's journey, and enjoys working with patients to meet their specific goals. Amanda has experience in the fitness industry with 5+ years in personal training and group fitness. She furthered her fitness education by earning her certificate as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) in 2019. Within fitness, she has a passion for working with endurance athletes. She is a UESCA Certified Running Coach, which allows her work with clients on their running, strength, rehabilitation, and recovery training programs. She strives to create a comprehensive approach to meet each of her clients' and patients' individual needs.
