2025 Day on the Hill
Mark your calendars for Tuesday, March 4, 2025, and join us for Rural Health Day on the Hill, hosted by the Rural Health Association. This exclusive, members-only event provides a unique opportunity to directly engage with Tennessee state representatives and senators to discuss vital topics such as healthcare legislation, funding, and policy. On The Line – Suicide Prevention: How to Recognize and Talk About Suicide Risk This January 29th live training covers an evidence-informed interpersonal model of suicide prevention and care called RELATE. Participants will learn how to recognize suicide risk, engage with clients effectively, and listen for and assess the three primary drivers of suicide. Unique considerations for engaging effectively with clients over telehealth will be considered when utilizing the RELATE model. For more information, click here.

Positive Soultions for Families Positive Solutions for Families is an evidence-informed seven-part series for parents and caregivers of young children. Participants will learn how to use positive approaches and effective techniques to improve interactions with their child(ren). On The Line – Addressing Burnout and Staff Resiliency This live February 5th training focuses on staff burnout, compassion satisfaction, resiliency skills, and workplace supports for clinicians. Participants will learn about the drivers of burnout from an individual and systems perspective. RN to BSN Online Mentorship The BSN degree prepared nurses will mentor students in our RN to BSN program as a Delta Scholar. They will assist the mentees to navigate the pathway as they enroll, matriculate and graduate from the 12-month degree program. If you are interested in serving as a mentor for this program and live in one of the following counties: Benton, Carroll, Chester, Crockett, Decatur, Dyer, Fayette, Gibson, Hardin, Haywood, Hardeman, Henderson, Henry, Lake, Lauderdale, Madison, McNairy, Obion, Tipton, and Weakley, then please complete the RN to BSN Online Mentorship Interest form.
