Certified Labor Doula Scholarships RHA is offering scholarships to 20 rural women to complete certified labor doula training. While anyone can apply, we are especially hoping to identify women in the Upper Cumberland area who have experience as TennCare members. Applicants may be employed full-time, part-time, or unemployed, as many rural communities have low volumes of pregnancy. Find more information here.
