The Rural Health Association of Tennessee's Annual Awards Nominations are now open! Every year, RHA bestows awards upon impactful initiatives and individuals who are enhancing healthcare in rural Tennessee during our yearly conference. Details about the award classifications can be located here. If you have someone in mind whom you wish to propose for recognition, the nomination form can be found here. RHA findhelp Trainings
TennCare, findhelp.org, and the Rural Health Association of Tennessee are partnering to bring increased care coordination between nonprofits and healthcare providers. Each month RHA is hosting findhelp.org 101 and 201 training, open for anyone to attend. These two-part trainings will teach users how to navigate the findhelp.org website, make changes to your nonprofit's listings, and start connecting people with needed resources. TAADAS WRAP Training WRAP aims to teach participants how to implement the key concepts of recovery in their daily lives, identify and understand their wellness resources, create advance directives to guide family members or supporters when their involvement is required, and develop individualized post-crisis plans.
