We are pleased to announce the second edition of our tour combining two very exciting places on the cutting edge of Mexican cheese and wine culture- Querétaro and Baja California.

Using the picturesque setting of San Miguel Allende as our home base, we will follow the route of Querétaro cheese and wine makers. In the evenings, we will dine with some of the country's most creative chefs, and explore San Miguel's blossoming food scene. We will stay in a gorgeous B n B in San Miguel and have the opportunity to view one of the most amazing private mask collections.

 

We will travel by plane from Leon to Tijuana where we will explore Tijuana’s exciting food scene We will stay on the beaches in Ensenada, Baja California to enjoy the famous fish tacos, a fishing trip and visit some famous seafood chefs. Sleep in the midst of the vineyards of Valle de Guadalupe. Visit the wine museum, several wineries, Baja chefs, specialty shops and more cheese and olive oil producers over the next few days.

We will have an extraordinary cooking class and many tasting with the chefs and winemakers who are so much fun!

This culinary journey will culminate with an elegant Vendimia dinner celebration at one of the local vineyards.
