Hello Friend
Ruth Bader Ginsberg lived her life on purpose. She was a woman of extraordinary ambition and was determined to make a difference during her life. She was committed to treating people with dignity and respect and fought for women's rights, marriage rights and rights for immigrants and people with disabilities. Ruth was influenced by her mother who taught her how to work diplomatically with people in order to achieve her goals. She taught Ruth to not give into negative emotions such as anger, but instead to channel her emotions in a constructive way, so as not to alienate those she needed to work with who had opposing views. Her self discipline and steadfast focus on achieving her mission are what helped her achieve as much as she did.
Unlike the blatant, poor behavior of those in the white house currently, Ruth was a woman of integrity who achieved so much for so many and an amazing role model for millions of children and adults.
"Ruth lived a profoundly meaningful life, and the numerous ways in which she changed ours will not be forgotten." Justice Sonia Sotomayer
