New Role Strengthens Sales & Marketing Support

Ruthman Companies has created a new corporate position to further support inside sales, marketing, and customer training initiatives across all manufacturing brands. Longtime team member Amanda Clifton has been promoted to the newly created position Executive Vice President, Sales & Marketing.

Many of you know Amanda from her long stint as a Gusher Inside Sales Rep, or more recently as part of the Ruthman National Sales team, covering the Central States region. She will bring her nearly two decades of industry experience, penchant for problem solving, and understanding of customer and market needs to this expanded leadership position.

Ruthman Companies Welcomes Holly Shearer

This spring, Holly Shearer joined our Ruthman National Sales team as a Regional Manager serving the Southeastern states. She brings more than 10 years of experience in pumps, rotating equipment, and related components including hoses, gaskets, and fittings to the role. With a background spanning outside sales, project support, and job site evaluations, Holly has built her career around helping customers identify the right solutions for their applications and keeping operations running smoothly.

Holly is especially excited to support and educate distributors so they can confidently select the best Ruthman products for their customers. She also enjoys helping end users get back up and running after a shutdown and improving their system efficiency.
