The Future of Work is Diverse, Inclusive, Just and Equitable
GlobalMindED closes the equity gap by creating a capable, diverse talent pipeline through connections to role models, mentors, internships for low-income students, returning adults, First Gen to college and inclusive leaders who teach them, work with them and hire them.

Rx For Resilience: Earth Day
On April 22nd of every year, people gather worldwide to help maintain the world. This began in April 1970 when over 20 million Americans (10% of the population) ventured outdoors and protested dangerous issues concerning toxic drinking water, air pollution, and the effects of pesticides. Today, Earth Day is when environmental problem awareness increases, and the population gathers as one and completes projects to help maintain and clean the world.
Here are some ideas that can inspire you this year:
- Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle
- Plant a Tree
- Ride your bike
- Walk around your neighborhood and clean up
As we become more in tune with our environment, we recognize that even the most minor changes impact us. You can educate yourself with podcasts, participate in national events like Free Days at the National Parks, and make sustainable changes in your home.
It is our responsibility to take care of Planet Earth. Our commitment is to hand over the Earth in a healthier state to our coming generations. So let us work to make it a better place. Happy Earth Day!
