It’s fall and the colorful leaves on trees in geographies with foliage are falling fast in the gusts of wind ushering in the winter months ahead of us. Fall, like each season, signals change. In this unusual fall of the COVID pandemic and many other challenges, we face a unique way to frame change and the change needed within ourselves to cope during these trying times. If we keep doing what we’ve always done, we will get what we’ve always had or in these times, less than what we’ve had in the pre-COVID world. Change is needed, whether we like it or not.

Embracing instead of resisting change is what will allow us to make the most out of these troublesome times of political, racial, economic, educational, housing and health upheaval.

The COVID pandemic signals a change to the world that our old ways aren’t serving us. What needs to fall away as we confront climate change and so many other related issues that are inextricably related to the multiple measure pandemics?

What change of mind do you need to survive, thrive and lead during this time? What small change can you make this week and on-going that will be a symbol of that shift?

Stay safe, wear your mask and proceed mindfully. As the leaves fall and we enter winter, we can manage the change and the surge with caution, carefulness and compassion. In so doing, we will save lives, preserve our medical providers while knowing that we are serving the nation and the world at the highest level possible.

Your copy should address 3 key questions: Who am I writing for? (Audience) Why should they care? (Benefit) What do I want them to do here? (Call-to-Action)

Create a great offer by adding words like "free" "personalized" "complimentary" or "customized." A sense of urgency often helps readers take an action, so think about inserting phrases like "for a limited time only" or "only 7 remaining!"
