The Future of Work is Diverse, Inclusive, Just and Equitable
GlobalMindED closes the equity gap by creating a capable, diverse talent pipeline through connections to role models, mentors, internships for low-income students, returning adults, First Gen to college and inclusive leaders who teach them, work with them and hire them.

Rx for Resilience: Ready
As summer draws to an end and another academic year begins the question looms over us all - are you ready?
This Sunday, we rejoice in the new beginnings and all that awaits us in the changing of seasons. As families adjust to students returning to school, as new milestones are reached, as weather slowly starts to cool, we share a sense of necessary preparation for "what is to come".
Ready or not, we are embarking on a new school year and the end of August is near. Many of you might be venturing into unknown territory. Whether you are starting at a new school, recently relocated, or are starting a new job, change is inevitable in life.
As you reflect and prepare, consider what you are currently doing in your life to be ready for what is to come. What next chapter are you beginning, and how can you ready yourself today? Journaling, meditation, exercise, or quietly thinking can all be helpful. Join us in a day of intentional reflection and preparation for the changes that are present in your life.
The sun is shining,
On this amazing day,
Of new beginnings,
And farewells to say.
Our new road is paved,
With a new path in sight.
It’s time to take it,
It feels quite right.
We will say farewell,
To all we’ve known.
The knowledge we will take with us
And no longer be attending class.
It’s time to explore,
The world that awaits.
Allow yourself to,
Embrace your fate.
