The Future of Work is Diverse, Inclusive, Just and Equitable
GlobalMindED closes the equity gap by creating a capable, diverse talent pipeline through connections to role models, mentors, internships for low-income students, returning adults, First Gen to college and inclusive leaders who teach them, work with them and hire them.

Rx for Resilience: Relax
In these last few days of traditional summer before and during Labor Day weekend, think of how you can relax and recharge before going into the remaining part of this year. Whether you are able to get away from town or simply take your beach towel to the nearest park with a good book, you can find your own reservoir of relaxation and rejuvenation on your own terms.
However you relax, take the time to treat yourself mentally, spiritually, and physically. Get into nature if you can and let the birds, insects, trees and other natural wonders level set your internal rhythm and sense of equilibrium. Take a small piece of that experience into every day remaining in this year so that you are filled up and able to access the places of quiet in your mind that provide your reservoir of strength.
Enjoy!
