The Future of Work is Diverse, Inclusive, Just and Equitable

GlobalMindED closes the equity gap by creating a capable, diverse talent pipeline through connections to role models, mentors, internships for low-income students, returning adults, First Gen to college and inclusive leaders who teach them, work with them and hire them.
Rx for Resilience: Tribute

On August 31, 1997, Princess Diana passed away in a fatal car crash. Today, we reflect on this 25th anniversary of her death and the GlobalMindED spirit Princess Diana embodied.

Princess Diana was a woman who used her fame to draw attention to various humanitarian causes.
Throughout her life she devoted herself to serving others, especially those without a voice. She was President or Patron of over 100 charities as a part of her royal duties, many of which did work on behalf of homeless and disabled people, children, and people with HIV/AIDS. Her work as an activist spanned across the globe, and rather than use her fame and status for her own benefit, she was constantly challenging societal stigmas.

After 1996, Diana continued to work as either Patron or President for Centrepoint, the English National Ballet, Leprosy Mission, the National Aids Trust, Hospital for Sick Children, Great Ormond Street and the Royal Marsden Hospital. In the year before she died, Diana tirelessly campaigned to ban the manufacture and use of land mines. Not only did Princess Diana redefine the role of a royal mother, but she redefined what it is to live a life of philanthropic service. She will always be remembered as "the People's Princess."

“Everyone of us needs to show how much we care for each other and, in the process, care for ourselves .” - Diana

Over this holiday weekend, we hope you all find time to pour into communities that need support and consider ways in which you can live your best life of service caring for each other.
