South Carolina Puppies Find Forever Homes

This Monday the last of our South Carolina puppies, Kira, left the Adoption Center with her forever family.

What a whirlwind of a month for us and these animals. We took in these puppies on April 16, and all had found a loving home by May 16. In between, we raised over $50,000 dollars and received an untold amount of in-kind contributions. The scale of this project was exceeded only by the generosity exhibited from our community.

A gigantic “thank you” is due to the many people who made this happy outcome possible. That includes our Care Team, our many foster parents, and of course everyone who donated to this cause. Your contributions set these puppies up for a healthy start to life.

To all those who adopted one of these puppies, we wish you and your new forever friend the best and hope for many long years of happy companionship.

The Adoption Center is near capacity with dogs, so now is the perfect time to welcome a new canine companion into your home. Visit norfolkspca.com/adoption-process/ to schedule a visit today.
