As a board certified civil trial lawyer with more than three decades of litigation experience, Mr. Rubin continues to serve Florida’s legal community resolving disputes through mediation. Mr. Rubin focuses primarily on personal injury, auto accidents, medical malpractice, legal malpractice, ERISA disputes, insurance matters, premise liability, business matters, and community associations.

Litigator-Mediator Forum: A Discussion Between Trial Lawyers and Mediators About Improving Mediation
The Forum, a unique presentation by trial lawyers and mediators from across the state and a President’s Showcase CLE, took place at the Florida Bar's Annual Convention in Orlando. As an interactive program, dispute resolution professionals who routinely participate in mediation were able to participate in discussing controversial mediation topics and share ideas for improving the process.

Those in attendance was Salmon & Dulberg panelist, Patrick Russell, who was honored for his service as the outgoing Chair of the ADR Section of The Florida Bar and John W. Salmon. Several other S&D panel members have also held leadership positions with the ADR Section including former Chair, Michael H. Lax and current Executive Council members, Judge Lester Langer (Ret.) and John W. Salmon.
