Girl Scout Cookie Season is right around the corner and it's time for our awesome adult volunteers to get ready to help girls run their cookie business. We have posted the dates for cookie trainings across our council! All troop leaders and cookie managers are welcome, but we want to make sure to see every 1st and 2nd year volunteer at one of these trainings! Register for one that works for you, today! 

We're excited to begin offering Slingshots as a new adventure program at Camp Prairie Schooner! The range is up and is ready for Girl Scout Brownies, Juniors, Cadettes, Seniors and Ambassadors to start taking aim! Sign your girl or troop up for a session and let our professionally trained staff do all the work! Find a session that works for you!

Just a reminder that if you're planning to camp in tents, permatents, or A-Frames this fall/winter, at least one volunteer must have completed Camping 102 Training! There are several dates for this hands-on workshop, including a training session just for teens on Oct. 15! Find one that works for you and get certified! 

Girl Scouts are invited to a private screening of The Last Lions with AMC Theatre at Olathe Studio 28 on Nov. 5. The Last Lions is a documentary story of a lioness who does everything in her power to protect herself and her three cubs after a rival pack kills her mate. Tickets are just $5 - get yours today!

The Albrecht-Kemper Museum of Art in St. Joseph, MO has several programs for Girl Scout Brownies, Juniors, Cadettes, Seniors and Ambassadors! Programs include learning about two-dimensional art, creating landscape masterpieces, reusing materials for art and MORE! These are You Schedule It! programs and are just $5 per Girl Scout!
