September is here and that means fall is right around the corner! Fall is the perfect time to aerate and overseed your lawn, take care of any outstanding paver maintenance, or start your next project - like a new fire pit! Maybe you simply want to re-invigorate your landscape with some seasonal flowers. It's important to plan ahead to keep your yard enjoyable throughout the Autumn season, so it's ready by Spring!
Have you been dreaming of backyard bonfires? How about entertaining friends and family throughout the cool fall evenings?

At Property Pros, one of our favorite additions to any backyard landscaping project is a fire pit!
  • Firepits prolong the enjoyment of your backyard, as it creates a warm, central gathering place for entertaining through the spring, summer, and fall.
  • Everyone loves smores, right? Fire pits can provide a convenient and welcoming place to melt marshmallows and roast hotdogs.
  • Fire pits not only add value to your home, but they also add an ambiance to a crisp evening in the fall. You can add comfortable outdoor furniture and have an additional living space to enjoy with the whole family.

Enticed by the idea of backyard fireside fun? If so, make sure that you hire a professional before starting your project. Whether you want to incorporate a fire pit into a new patio project, or integrate one into your current patio layout, the team here at Property Pros would love to help you!
While you've been having outdoor fun this summer, your lawn's been taking a hit. Schedule your aeration and overseed with us today to ensure your lawn is getting the proper nutrients and care it needs to keep it looking fresh come spring.
In the same way you might polish your floors or wax your car, patio pavers can benefit from some routine maintenance in order to remove any stains and moss and to restore their original beauty. From maintaining the appearance of your property to removing unwanted dirt and debris, sealing and cleaning pavers have both short and long-term benefits.
Attempting to power wash your paver patio on your own causes more harm than good. If not done correctly, it can leave streaks and lines, damage the bedding/base, and compromise the patio integrity which could damage the pavers. In order to maintain your warranty, required maintenance on the patio needs to be done every 2-3 years (cleaning, re-sanding, and possibly sealing). Stop worrying about the hassle and let the Pros handle the maintenance!
