Do me a small favor, would you? When Lynn wrote the newsletter for me last week, she included a list of links for our classes through October. Was this a help for you? Did it help you plan your monthly schedule so you could more easily include certain classes? We keep trying to make things easier and better for you, and if this does, we can start doing it more. Classes are presented as links, and when you click on them, you’ll go right to the info. on our website to learn more about the purpose and intent of the class. You can sign up for, and pay for, the classes that way, and then pick up the supply list in the shop or give us a call and we’ll get it to you. Easy-peasy. We have samples of the class projects in the classroom, also, and our teachers are great! If you have a class you’d like taught, let us know, and we’ll find a great instructor for the class. You do NOT need to have a BERNINA to attend our classes, either—just know the basics of the machine on which you sew.  

Now…a reminder that we are selling the Passports for our Shop Hop at $10 per, and you may purchase multiples if you think that will increase your odds of winning one of the fabulous prizes we are offering! If you complete your passport with all 9 shops, you’re eligible for any of the shop prizes plus the Grand Prizes (a BERNINA machine, gift certs. to be used at the shop of your choice, or a very LARGE gift basket I’d value at approximately $700!!!). If you attend only one shop or up to eight shops, you’ll be eligible for the shop gift prizes (a gift basket valued at about $350, or one of two gift certs. to be used at the shop which drew your name) . Just be sure to leave your stamped passport at the last shop you visited to be eligible. Our aim was to get more winners, and include those of you who couldn’t make all 9 shops. If you still have questions, give us a call or stop by…the event is fun, informative with all the demos of different products, a great day out to check out all the different shops and the flavors of the shops! Personally, I LOVE shop hop, especially mine!!!! I do nearly all of the demos so I get exhausted when the event is over, but it’s a good exhaustion, if you follow what I mean.

Sew Sisters with Marilyn meets Wed. 9-3, and Intro. to Bags with Lynn M. is Thursday. Plus, our Sept. Trade In Trade Up Sale is still in progress! A number of people have taken the leap into a new BERNINA this month, and are already enjoying the newest features of their machine. That’s great! We even have some specially priced new machines for you, for say, a classroom machine, a small one for maybe a small one wanting to learn to sew (b05 bernette is only $249!!!!), perhaps an air-threading serger or even a straight stitch, large bobbin large sew opening new b08 machine (that is such a speedy and slick machine capable of sewing easily through about 30 layers stacked without a sputter! But this all goes away in October, so check it out now and see how low we can go!!!

We are still taking in people for our special 1, 2, or 3 day QCT software for the longarm classes with professional Joyce Blowers!!! Joyce will cover Quiltmagine or Quilt Path software programs, October 28, 29 and/or 30. Joyce and her hubby come in from the east coast, just for this event, and there is a following for her knowledge and teaching skills from all across the country. No one has been disappointed with how much knowledge they gained. Class sizes are limited so that Joyce can work with you on an individual basis to enhance your learning experience, so sign and pay as soon as you can to ensure your spot. Special classes, special instructor, special opportunity. Lunches will be provided.
