The beginning of 2024 has proven to be remarkable. Our wonderful community is expanding, and we are excited to introduce our new members: Baker Donelson, Arthur Orekyeh and Ginger Whitehawk.
As our community keeps growing, we extend a warm welcome to Randek, a company from Falkenberg, Sweden, now establishing its presence in Georgia. Ola Lindh, the CEO of Randek, and his team joined us last week during Happy Hour as they commenced the setup of their new office in Duluth.
| It's that time of the year! Fettisdagen, also known as Fat Tuesday, is a Swedish tradition celebrated with indulgent pastries called semlor. |
This delightful holiday falls on the Tuesday before Lent. Semlor are rich, cardamom-flavored buns filled with almond paste and whipped cream, creating a heavenly treat.
To bring a taste of Fettisdagen into your home, try this authentic Swedish semla recipe.
