SACC-GA Newsletter | Feb 8 2018

We are kicking this year off with one of Sweden's most beloved pastries - the "Semla". The Semla tradition originates from "Shrove Tuesday", when the buns were eaten as a last feast before the Christian Lent. It is estimated that about Swedes buy about 40 million "Semlor" a year. In a country with only 9 million people - that's quite remarkable.
