SACC-GA Newsletter | March 2019

First of all I want to thank Jill Matherson and IKEA for a wonderful tour of the IKEA store. We enjoyed a great Swedish lunch and fika (of course) and learned so much about our local IKEA store.

I hope to see many of you at our annual meeting and membership appreciation reception at the end of the month. Our annual meeting, open to current SACC GA members only, starts at 4:30 PM. The reception starts at 5:30 PM and is open to members as well as guests.

Coming up in May we are partnering with the Danish American Chamber and The Culture Mastery for an interesting panel discussion on What It Takes To Be Culturally Savvy In Global Business . Swedish-born attorney Nina Maja Bergmar and her firm Burr Forman are hosting this event in their offices in Atlantic Station.

Also, be on the lookout for the invitation to Sweden Day 2019. It is on June the 6th in Magnolia Hall in Piedmont Park. If you have attended this event in the past you know it is not to be missed and if you have not attended it yet this then is the year to do it.
