Dear Fellowship Square supporter:
As we work through these unprecedented times, the health and safety of our residents and staff is our highest priority. During the past few weeks, we have been operating under our Crisis Communications Policy to help expedite decision-making, streamline communications, and ensure all the key players are in touch regularly to respond quickly as the situation evolves.
Additionally, public health guidance is changing rapidly, and Fellowship Square is working closely with our local and state agencies to ensure that the plans we put in place appropriately protect the 800+ vulnerable residents living in Fellowship House apartment buildings.
We are working hand-in-hand with our management company, S.L. Nusbaum, to communicate daily updates to residents and remind them of necessary health and safety measures we all need to practice:
- Washing hands frequently with soap and water
- Using hand sanitizer often
- Wearing gloves when going outdoors
- Limiting non-essential trips outdoors
- Limiting non-essential visitors to the building
- Observing social distancing protocols
Management staff are taking measures to ensure all remain safe and are sanitizing the building several times each day. All programs and activities have been cancelled and all common areas in and around the buildings have been closed. We are taking all precautionary steps to keep the spread of COVID-19 at bay. We continue to actively monitor the global and local situations, and currently there are no reported cases of COVID-19 at any of our communities.
We sincerely appreciate your concern and interest in how our residents are handling the ever-changing conditions. Certainly, many of them are scared, anxious, nervous and worried like all of us.
We are all in this together and we will all get through this together.
If you are willing and able to provide support to us at this time, here’s how you can help:
We greatly appreciate your on-going support.
