October 20, 2025 | OCTOBER NEWSLETTER

Dear SAGA alumni and friends,

October is well underway, and I'm already chewing on what goofy, amusing costume I'll wear to bring giggles to our students on Halloween!

In the midst of this busy season, I'm delighted to announce that SAGA has met the many requirements for Northwest Association of Independent Schools (NWAIS) "Candidate" status, enabling us to continue our journey to full accreditation. NWAIS accreditation has the goal of enshrining ongoing school improvement, ensuring "schools have the leadership and resources to support their missions into the future." This is SAGA at 20 years young, ever learning and growing!

We're just a few days away from a slew of SAGA events, many of which take place before another newsletter hits your inbox. Read below about our Open House (10/23), Oktoberfest (10/25), Laternenfest (11/4), and Winter Bazaar (12/5). JOIN US!

Today also marks the launch of our annual holiday greenery sale. If you enjoy dressing up your home with holiday greens, start shopping! (12/1 pick up at SAGA).

Sincerely,

~ Anjanette Gonzales, Head of School
