An Update from us on COVID-19
Hallo liebe SAGA Familien!

Thank you for being active participants in your child's remote learning experience last week. I have recognized all of SAGA's values at the core of everyone's efforts:

a virtual " Welcoming Community "
"Friendships and Joy " in the chat rooms and among SAGA families
" Creativity " in the pictures of projects done at home
the ability to " Challenge Students of All Levels of Development
a " Love for Learning " as we receive feedback from parents
and " Independent Thinking " from our families as they chase their journey

Last night, Governor Inslee announced his "Stay Home, Stay Healthy" order. This proclamation will:
  • Require every Washingtonian to stay home unless they need to pursue an essential activity.
  • Ban all gatherings for social, spiritual and recreational purposes. This includes play dates!
  • Close all businesses except essential businesses.

What does this mean for SAGA?

Under the provision, workers supporting public and private early education establishments and K-12 schools are still considered "Essential Critical Infrastructure Workers."

However, in the spirit of "flattening the curve," we have asked that our staff work remotely from the SAGA campus until the order is lifted. Administrative staff will continue to check the building to ensure security and maintenance. If you need anything from the building, please email or leave a message at 206-442-2023.

Please keep your eyes open for an upcoming " SAGA Families Helping Families" page. As a community we can get through this together!
