The City of Tucson Planning and Development Services Department will be undergoing a renovation beginning
Monday, June 24
At this time demolition activities will begin on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Additionally, work on the 2nd floor temporary permit counter and temporary cashier booth will begin.
Monday, July 15th, 2019
, some 1st floor staff will begin moving to a temporary work station on the 2nd floor. Subsequently, starting
the 1st floor office area will be closed to the public and all foot traffic will be diverted to elevators and public stairs.
At this time all permit and plan review services will be temporarily located on the 2nd floor. The renovation is expected to conclude
with the primary goal of all permit and plan review services consolidating on the renovated 1st floor.
