Santa Ana High School's , Choral Students, invited the four board members and community to enjoy the Musical, "Fame," this coming weekend. Combining choral, dance, acting, and sheer talent, Fame should be an incredibly fun and entertaining night of the performing arts....
Senior Parent Night
Ensuring Senior " Saints " Prepare Early for Graduation and Seamless Transition and Launch Into Higher Education, University, College Technical or Career "Life After High School" Future....
" Saint " Counselors staying "ahead- of-the-game" by holding "Senior Night" at Santa Ana High School . Amazing what can be done by meeting early in the year to prepare for what's coming throughout the next 9 months to ready our seniors for graduation!
Counselors are so very important in the readying of seniors in their final year.
NJROTC Basic Training
Santa Ana High Scho ol NJROTC Participates in Yearly Weekend-long, NJROTC Basic Training... Imagine how " Saint " Cadets feel about themselves after staying overnight for two nights straight - getting up before dawn, pushing themselves throughout each day, and challenging themselves like never before. Throughout the year, these extraordinary students will continue to look at themselves in the mirror and know that they are accomplishing something larger than themselves and will therefore, serve as schoolwide leaders through earned " Saint " leadership. Both the student leaders and new cadets will walk away better off for participating, pushing their limits.

Peer Court Educational Video 

Over 30 Elizabeth G Macias Legal Studies Academy Students volunteered after school as extras and actors to create a new Constitutional Rights Foundation Peer Court Instructional Video. The video will be used throughout Orange County for prospective law enforcement agencies to considering this juvenile diversion program instead of filing with the District Attorney. Further, the video will be shown to prospective high schools hosting the courts, juvenile offenders and their parents considering this option, and student volunteers seeking to serve community service hours in a restorative court. The EGMLSA is on the cutting edge of Restorative Practices in the field of law.

Study Skills Freshman Presentation
September 26, 8:00am
Counselors will deliver a "Study Skills" Presentation to all freshman students. Students will be able to learn 8 study skills strategies that will help them have a successful academic year.
Saints" X-Country Team
Congratulations to the " Saints" X-Country Team for a GREAT Performance at the Woodbridge Cross Country Invitational this past Friday. The Varsity Boys WON First Place in their division led by Jesse Delgado Carmen with a 15:06 time in 3 miles. Followed by Eduardo Palma, Juan Ramos, Yahir Vasquez, Carlos Ramos, Brandon Polacios, and Carlis Polacios...
And on the Girls Varsity Team - Maria Hernandez raced in the Elite Division Sweepstakes competing against runners from all over the country placing 24th out of more than 10,000 runners in a time of 17:02 in three miles breaking her personal record by 27 seconds.

Come and watch the very successful cross country team compete at Dana Hills Invitational on September 28th at Dana Hills High School, 33333 Golden Lantern, Dana Point CA 92629.

CIF Div 7 #3 Saints Water Polo defeats Santa Fe
The boys water polo team continued their winning ways with an 11-9 win over a tough Santa Fe team. The victory moves the Saints record to 8-4 and solidifies their #3 Division 7 CIF ranking.

Better Business Bureau Scholarship grades 9-12
The BBB Ambassador Program arms students nearing college and beyond with resources and tools for navigating credit and budgeting, online safety, rentals and housing, student loans and scholarships, and employment scams. These scenarios are increasingly hard to navigate, and ambassadors will deliver presentations to their peers with tips and resources on this information. Ensuring that our youth are equipped with a method for approach prevents situations that yield loss and distress.
